I build websites and set up automation for small business

I work with the website you already have: WordPress, Wix, Tilda, or custom code. New features, Telegram leads, mailings, servers. No need to hire an in-house programmer.

Jewelry store with live metal prices

Result

Prices for all products are recalculated automatically every day, based on the current metal price and the NBU exchange rate. The owner calculates nothing by hand.

Next.jsMedusa.jsPostgreSQLGoogle Ads
Details
Task
An online store for handmade silver and gold jewelry. Built from scratch, with prices that follow the metal price.
What I did
Built the site from scratch on Next.js + Medusa.js (PostgreSQL database, Redis for caching). Optimized it for fast loading. Imported products, images, and videos. Added automatic pricing based on the metal price, with automatic price recalculation. Set up Google Ads and conversion tracking. The site is available in three languages, and three currencies update automatically from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) exchange rate.

02 · Leads to chat and spreadsheet

Tilda leads to Telegram and Google Sheets, plus extra payments from chat

Result

The manager no longer copies leads by hand: saving about 2 hours a day.

Tildan8nTelegram BotGoogle Sheets
Details
Task
Leads from the website got lost in manual work. The manager typed extra payments into Telegram by hand, and they never reached the client spreadsheet.
What I did
All Tilda leads land in a Telegram chat via a bot and, at the same time, in a Google Sheet: a client database with a separate sheet for each month. An extra payment written in the chat also shows up as a row in the same spreadsheet.
03 · Website + SEO + mailings

Two websites for one calligraphy studio: clean code, SEO, and emails with no manual sending

Result

Over 100 emails to subscribers and customers were sent automatically, with no manual sending.

Tildan8nMailchimp
Details
Task
Two storefronts for one calligraphy studio: the US version, signatureprodesign.com, and the studio's second site. The sites had redundant code and pages, weak on-page SEO, and slow loading. Mailings weren't set up as automated flows.
What I did
Removed redundant code and pages on both sites. On-page SEO: headings, meta, alt text, JSON-LD. Sped up loading. Built 3 Mailchimp flows via Tilda + n8n: lead without a purchase, abandoned cart, successful purchase.

04 · Email from orders and forms

Orders and forms by email from Tilda, third-party forms, and Typeform

Result

All leads from different forms arrive in one place, and nothing gets lost between services.

Tildan8nTypeformThird-party formsEmail
Details
Task
New orders and completed forms had to arrive in a work inbox. Not only from Tilda but also from third-party forms and Typeform.
What I did
Website orders go to email. Third-party forms send an email to the manager's inbox. Typeform works through an n8n webhook to a second inbox.
Admin panel: orders, statuses, files
05 · Built from scratch: client portal + admin

Personal client portal with training materials, and an admin panel for managers and calligraphers

Result

All training materials are in one system: no more handing out access to every client and calligrapher by hand. A client recovers a lost link on their own through the form, and the status of every order is visible in the admin panel.

Next.jsPayload CMSn8nResendDigitalOcean Spaces
Details
Task
Training materials were being sent to clients by hand through Google Drive and cloud storage. A separate service was needed: a client page at a permanent link and an admin panel where the team uploads files.
What I did
Built the service from scratch. A client page with no login, on two websites of the calligraphy studio: video, INTRO/1–7 sections, file downloads. An admin panel with two roles (manager and calligrapher): paid Tilda orders, search, uploading video, PDF, and images, and a Ready status. The email with the link is sent after Ready (Resend); both sites have a “Lost your link?” form. Files are stored in DigitalOcean Spaces, and the email is built from a Figma layout.

About me

I've been building websites since 2010. I sold my first one in 2012, then spent 7 years earning from my own sites, so I understand not only code but also traffic, SEO, and money. After that I studied development at HackYourFuture in Amsterdam and worked as a backend developer. Today I help small businesses: I improve websites and set up automation and servers.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

It depends on the task. After you describe it, I give you a fixed price and timeline before work starts. Approximate prices are in the “Services” section.

How long does it take?

Small fixes: from 2 hours, automation: from 3 days, a turnkey website: from 7 days. I give an exact timeline after assessing the task.

Do you work with a site built by another developer?

Yes, that's most of my work. I first figure out how everything is set up, and only then change anything.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer (IBAN) or in cryptocurrency. Small tasks are paid after completion, larger ones with 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

What happens after launch?

For 14 days I fix any bugs in what I built, free of charge. After that, further work is by agreement, or ongoing support with a monthly fee. We'll discuss the terms separately.

What if I don't like the result?

I work in stages and show interim results, so we make changes along the way, not at the end. Larger projects are paid in parts: you pay the second half once the result suits you.

Who owns the access and the code?

You do. When the work is done I hand over all access and keep nothing back.

Can we skip the calls?

Yes, I handle most tasks by messaging on Telegram.
